Digital Products
EkksConfigs, a subsidiary of EKKS XIM Store, sells digital XIM Matrix configurations.
Because all products are delivered digitally, all sales are considered final.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that cannot be returned.

Incorrect Purchases

Compatibility
Each product clearly lists its supported platforms and compatibility information.
Refunds will not be issued because a customer purchased a product without reviewing the compatibility details provided on the product page.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before digital delivery has been completed.
Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, cancel orders, or suspend future purchases if fraudulent activity, payment disputes, abuse of our policies, or unauthorized transactions are suspected.
Payment Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Suspension of customer support
- Restriction from future purchases
- Permanent refusal of service where permitted by applicable law
