This Updates Policy explains how product updates are handled by EkksConfigs, a subsidiary of EKKS XIM Store.

Updates Are Not Included
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, future updates are not included with your purchase.
Your purchase grants access only to the version of the configuration available at the time your order is completed.
New Versions
When a configuration is updated, improved, or revised, the new version is considered a separate product.
Customers who wish to use the latest version must purchase the updated configuration separately.
Product Improvements
We continuously improve our configurations to keep them up to date with game changes and new developments.
These improvements do not automatically extend to previous purchases.
Existing Purchases
Previously purchased configurations will remain available in the version originally delivered.
Purchasing a configuration does not include access to future releases, revisions, or newer versions unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page.
Product Information
If a product includes future updates, this will be clearly stated in its description before purchase.
If no such statement is provided, you should assume that updates are not included.
